How do we agree the price?
For bespoke work, we agree rates, estimated effort and a budget framework. We bill for actual time worked and regularly review results and time against estimates with you. Changes in direction and budget are discussed together. Courses and programmes follow their published price list or the terms of the specific offer, confirmed before booking.
