Since 2003, as Advantage Solutions, we have built information systems across different sectors. That work teaches us to understand how people work and design around their needs.

We brought our experience from businesses and schools back into the workplace. That is how Adaptivio came into being. We combine an understanding of business practice with learning from experience, helping teams develop independence, collaboration and the ability to put their ideas into practice.

Tomáš Vavrda
Founder of Adaptivio and creator of ORIGAM. He designs information systems and mentors entrepreneurs, bringing business experience into student projects and educational programmes.
Táňa Beránková Císařová
An economics teacher connecting education with business practice. She contributes to programmes for students and teachers.
Martin Heidecker
Martin looks after customer success at Adaptivio. He helps clarify needs, agree next steps and navigate the collaboration. He is a point of contact for questions and practical arrangements.
Petr Hrehorovský
A software architect who cares for code quality and team communication. His project experience spans property, public administration, aviation and banking.
Vašek Urbánek
A backend and database architect with experience in aviation, banking and e-commerce. He weighs technical risks and alternative approaches when designing solutions.
Jindra Sušeň
A developer of both server-side and user-facing applications. He has worked on a sports mobile app and web applications for engineering, automotive and travel businesses.
Zuzka Čapková
A backend developer with e-commerce experience. She connects business process analysis, database architecture, development and customer support.
Majka Gerliczyová
A project coordinator, copywriter and marketer. She helps clarify briefs and explain clearly what a project brings to the people it is created for.
Nela Hakr
A backend developer, consultant and documentation maintainer. She has experience supporting business application implementation, managing projects and organising educational events in a university setting.
We want freedom. And we want others to have it too.
We want to make our own decisions about our work and support others in doing the same. That is why our educational programmes develop independent thinking and action, we build ORIGAM as free software, and we share experience in the Z Marsu community. Our work should give people and organisations more choice and help them stand on their own feet.
