Who you will work with
You will work in an open group of people from different backgrounds.
What you will leave with
A topic and questions for further work

A clearer view of your role
With your guides, identify how you contribute and what you want to use in your work or next career stage.
How the programme works
Spark forms the first half of the one-day Workshop. It ends by identifying lessons from the experience and the next step; field testing of the problem continues in the full-day programme.
-
Start with yourself
Identify your experience, abilities and interests. Explore where they might meet others' needs.
-
Choose a topic
Share your perspectives and choose a problem to work on. Write down your assumptions and what you need to ask.
-
Close the first experience
Examine your work with the guides and choose a concrete next step.
