Experience the approach. Make a conscious choice for your team.

Understanding the guide's work

Using specific moments from the workshop, you will identify what the guide did and what it enabled you to do. You will distinguish the effects of a clear brief, a question, room to think and involving the group.

Applying it in your own practice

You will choose a situation in your team and an approach to try. You will clarify what requires different conditions and how to tell whether your chosen way of leading helps.

Experience guidance. Understand how it works.

First, you take part in a shared activity. Then you examine how the guide led you and which approaches you can use when leading people.
